Policies 

1. Payment is due within 7 days after invoicing (only ongoing projects). All residential jobs must be paid on the spot after inspection. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. We accept cash, cheques, and email transfers made payable to PurpleLine Cleaning Inc.

Note: Booking with us verbally or via email means you’ve accepted our policies & procedures. It is your responsibility to remain informed of our policies and procedures. This document is updated regularly.

2. We provide supplies such as vacuums, cloths, and any products necessary to complete the clean, unless provided by client.

3. We love pets, please make sure pets are properly secured during cleaning in progress. We do not clean human feces, vomit, blood, or other bio hazard materials.
